
Welcome to Looloos, your cosy coffee roastery and warehouse nestled within the Kincumber Industrial Estate on the NSW Central Coast. For over 15 years, Looloo’s has proudly served as a family-owned and operated business, mastering the art of coffee and conversation; creating a daily nook for locals, a comforting moment for the home barista, and a delicious cuppa; wherever you are.
We were approached by the Looloo’s team in 2024 to lovingly rebrand this local institution and take the brand to greater heights through an integrated e-commerce website, increased digital presence and broader packaging schematic. Due to the depth of history on the Central Coast, the culture of the brand was pivotal in preserving and greatly informed our initial strategy when approaching the rebrand and with that, we made the decision to retain the naming convention, primary Kookaburra symbol in a new retro inspired style and staggered our product roll out, communicating where possible that each were still the blends we knew and loved, but with some added personality and a fresh new face.

What was received in terms of feedback was glowingly positive and a reflection of how much regulars and newcomers truly love the experience of the business. This positive response and fantastic growth has since paved the way for their digital experience to now launch, sharing the Looloo’s brand Australia wide and introducing their new line of products beyond coffee beans; The Roadies, Coldies and Coconut Coldies.
Fusing purpose with personality, the regularly rotated blends opt for sticker based collateral while the signature items are treated to their own schematic, all of which utilise colour psychology to communicate variants, enable future expansion and are unified by our tongue and cheek copy, retro inspired type and grid patterns.
