Stay Dog Beds is a modular, interchangeable and fair trade operated pet homewares brand that said no to the bland pet playbook, instead building something that combined necessity, logic and joy in personalisation. Because there’s no such thing as bad dogs, just bad beds.

STAY was built on a simple but powerful insight: design-conscious dog owners had no brand that reflected their aesthetic values, environmental conscience, and emotional relationship with their pet (yes, all at once). Rather than competing within the existing visual language of pet retail, the identity borrows from lifestyle, interiors and hospitality to establish entirely new category cues. The result is a brand world that feels immediately its own; aspirational, considered, and impossible to place alongside anything else in the aisle.
At the heart of STAY is an anthropomorphised illustration system that treats dogs as protagonists, not products. Witty, characterful and warm, it engages owners at exactly the right emotional frequency, acknowledging, with sincerity, that their dog is family. Hotelier-inspired language like The Turn Down Service and Do Not Disturb reframes a functional product as a lifestyle ritual, while oversized display typography and a modular graphic system carry that sensibility consistently across every touchpoint.

In Summary
Every design decision be it material, typographic, illustrative or tonal compounds the next to create an experience that felt equal parts premium and personal. A Fair-Trade certified supply chain and sustainably sourced materials are embedded into the product architecture rather than bolted on as a badge, building genuine credibility with values-driven consumers, ultimately demonstrating that responsible design, fun and commercial ambition can not only co-exist but connect in an era where e-commerce is increasingly hard to cut through.
